Chicken Caesar Pitas

Time: 15 - 20 minutes
Servings: 4


INGREDIENTS:

2 - 3 chicken breasts
2 cups chopped romaine or butter lettuce
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp oregano
1 tbsp butter
Caesar dressing 
4 pitas cut in half
½ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped red onion


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and place into a bowl. Add in seasonings and mix to evenly coat. 
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium-high heat. 
  3. Fry chicken in the pan until cooked through. 
  4. Once chicken is cooked, place into a separate bowl. Mix in chopped lettuce, red onion, parmesan cheese, and your desired amount of dressing. Toss to mix everything evenly. 
  5. Place chicken & lettuce mixture into your pitas and serve with your preferred sides.
