Grilled Steak with Honey Mustard Carrots
Time: 20 minutes + 30 minutes for steak to prep

INGREDIENTS:
2 top sirloin steaks (or your preference)
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cracked pepper
1 lb carrots (sliced)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pull out steaks 30 minutes before grilling and season with salt & pepper on both sides.
- Peel and slice carrots. In a small bowl, mix together glaze for carrots - ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt, honey, dijon mustard, and olive oil.
- Start your grill.
- Place carrots and glaze into a pan over medium-high heat. Toss to coat evenly.
- Once the grill is warm, place on steaks and cook until your desired doneness.
- Cover your carrots on the stove and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once carrots are softened and cooked through, serve alongside steak and any other sides of your liking!
