Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce Servings: 3-4 Time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs steak (your choice but go read the tidbits) 4-5 tbsp olive oil, divided SAUCE: 5 tbsp butter, divided 10 garlic cloves, minced (10 tsp) 1 ½ cups heavy cream ½ tsp red pepper flakes ⅔ cup parmesan BLACKENED
