I decided to make a Hungry Hungry Hayley Instagram! I'll still post menus on my normal one buttttt I want to start sharing some extra material that I don't particularly want on my main page :)

MONDAY:
Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken Lettuce Wraps (or Tacos)
Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken Lettuce Wraps (or Tacos) 6 servings INGREDIENTS: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste 1 yellow onion diced
5 cloves garlic minced 1 can (14.5 oz) roasted diced tomatoes
2 cups salsa verde
½ tbsp ground cumin
½ tbsp chili powder
Lettuce - romaine

TUESDAY:
Butter Chicken
Butter Chicken Servings: 4
Time: 30 ish minutes + your marinade time INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN:
1 lb. chicken breast cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
2 tbsp garam masala
¼ tsp ginger powder (or 1 tsp fresh minced garlic)
1 tsp minced garlic (or 1 large clove)
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil

WEDNESDAY:
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Sweet Potatoes Servings: 4
Time: 20-30 minutes INGREDIENTS: 2-4 sweet potatoes (depending on size)
1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic (5 tsp)
¼ cup diced yellow onion
¼ cup diced red onion
½ green bell pepper diced
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp yellow

THURSDAY:
Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas Servings: 6-7
Time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS: 1 15 oz. can of enchilada sauce 1 4 oz. can of diced green chiles, not drained 1 yellow onion diced
1 pepper of any color
4 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 15 oz. can of black beans, drained 2 ½ cups shredded

FRIDAY:
Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce
Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce Servings: 3-4
Time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs steak (your choice but go read the tidbits)
4-5 tbsp olive oil, divided SAUCE:
5 tbsp butter, divided
10 garlic cloves, minced (10 tsp)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ tsp red pepper flakes
⅔ cup parmesan BLACKENED
