- 1 ½ - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- For garlic lemon chicken
- 1 lb turkey
- 4 filet of white fish
- 15 oz. pork or turkey sausage
FRESH PRODUCE & HERBS:
- Bushel of cilantro
- Fresh basil
- For tomato basil chicken
- Fresh parsley
- Garlic cloves (or minced)
- Fresh ginger (or sub ground ginger)
- Green onions
- Shredded lettuce or spinach (optional)

- 1 roma tomato (optional)

- 2 bell peppers of your preference for black pepper chicken
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 White onion

- Lemon (enough for 4 tbsp juice)
