Quick and Easy Taco Bowls

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground beef 
1 yellow onion, diced
½ tbsp butter
1 package taco seasoning
Brown rice (we used minute rice) 
1 lime
Pico
1 avocado
Lettuce, chopped
Chipotle sauced 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop all necessary ingredients. Melt butter in a medium sized pan and cook onions until lightly browned. Add in ground beef and cook down. Stir in the taco seasoning packet with a bit of water (about 1 tbsp).  
  2. Prepare rice. Squeeze juice of  lime into the rice. 
  3. Once ground beef and rice are cooked, compile bowls by laying a base of rice and meat topped with lettuce, pico, avocado, and chipotle sauce. 
  4. Add in any other desired toppings such as cilantro or jalapeno.
