Tzatziki Parmesan Baked Salmon
Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 flank of salmon
½ cup of tzatziki (see tidbits below to pull from a past recipe)
- Or just buy prepped tzatziki
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and prep a baking sheet or dish with 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray.
- Cut skin off of the salmon and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Smear tzatziki over top of the salmon flank. Sprinkle shredded parmesan over top.
- Place salmon into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked through, turn the oven to broil and broil for 3-5 minutes - or until the cheese is browned.
- Serve alongside your preferred side. We did orzo and green beans!
