Tzatziki Parmesan Baked Salmon 

Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 4


INGREDIENTS:

1 flank of salmon
½ cup of tzatziki (see tidbits below to pull from a past recipe) 
- Or just buy prepped tzatziki 
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½  tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees  and prep a baking sheet or dish with 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Cut skin off of the salmon and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Smear tzatziki over top of the salmon flank. Sprinkle shredded parmesan over top.
  4. Place salmon into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked through, turn the oven to broil and broil for 3-5 minutes - or until the cheese is browned.
  5. Serve alongside your preferred side. We did orzo and green beans!
